Sustainability Tip
Do you have an effective waste reduction and recycling programme?
If not, get yours started today… begin by conducting a waste audit to understand where most of your waste comes from. Then encourage a reduction at source by stopping, for example, unnecessary printing and packaging. You can also set up a recycling infrastructure with clearly labeled bins for paper, plastic, and glass.
Don’t forget as you implement this, to educate your team so they are fully engaged, to set clear measurable goals, and to continuously review and improve your new practices.

This month our spotlight is on Rianne, who supports NCZ with business development… get to know her a little better!
Q) What’s your claim to fame?
A) When I was 14, I swam in the county championships, 200m butterfly and beat a future Olympic swimmer/ GB Swimming coach.
Q) If you had the opportunity to know the future, would you want to know?
A) No – what is meant for you won’t pass you by. I strongly believe this saying. If you know the future, then this could change things… Power of the Universe!
Q) What’s your go-to karaoke song?
A) 100% Paradise by the Dashboard Light! Badly lol
Q) What’s your favourite childhood memory?
A) Spending time with my Nan and Grandad.
Q) Tea or coffee?
A) Tea – and Yorkshire Tea… I do carry a stash in my bag in case it’s rubbish tea lol…
